  • How long does International Shipping take? +

    We ship all of our International orders via USPS. It may take anywhere between 6-10 business days for delivery. Please keep in mind that this time frame may or may not include delays incurred by your country's customs department.   • Does Signsorcerer provide tracking information? +

    Yes, we do. Many of our item(s) shipped within the United States ship with tracking numbers.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order(s)? And where are you located? +

    We ship all our items from California and Shipping to the US address usually takes around 5 to 7 business days based on the USPS first class mail service. If you select USPS Priority as your shipping method, you can check your tracking number and it only takes between 1-3 days to arrive anywhere in the United States.
  • Why does it take 3 business days before you ship my order(s)? +

    All Signsorcerer products are made to order handmade items and because of this, we need time to process and create your decals according to your choices (size, color and quantity). If you need your item(s) processed faster than our standard processing time, please let us know and we can try to work it out with you.
  • What is your processing time? +

    Our standard processing time is 3 business days for all of the products listed on our website. However, if you have submitted a graphic or image for a custom made decal or a custom made license plate, the processing time may be a little longer. It will be around 5 to 7 business days.
  • Can I get free shipping on my order(s)? +

    Yes, we provide free United States Postal Service (USPS) first class mail shipping to all US addresses. Free shipping does not apply to orders with a shipping address outside of the US or any other shipping services other than first class mail service. We offer other shipping options as well at an additional cost. Please note: Shipping options do not affect the processing time for your order.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • What happens if my products are damaged in transit? +

    Signsorcerer will replace any products that are damaged in transit. If it happens, Please hang on to your damaged item(s) and take pictures of the item(s) which should be e-mailed to us. Once we verify the pictures, we will take care of it.
  • Can I exchange or return my item(s) after I receive it? +

    Yes, you can. The items must be in brand new and unused condition. The exchange timeframe is within one month after you have received your item(s).
